Julius Berger Nigeria Declares N2.50 dividend for 2012

Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE) – Construction Giant Julius Berger Nigeria Plc Monday declared a N2.50 Kobo dividend for its Audited Year End December 31 2012.

According to Analysts at INVESTMENT ONE Financial Services, the Corporate Earnings released on the floor of the Nigeria Bourse shows that trading at a current market price of N53.00; Julius Berger offers a dividend yield of 4.72 percent (4.72%) to new entrants.

The INVESTMENT ONE Analysts say Market initial reaction is largely neutral.

The N2.50 Kobo proposed dividend payout to shareholders of the Company in 2012 end is a 4.16 percent (4.16%) increase compared to N2.40 paid in 2011 end.

Julius Berger Nigeria affirmed in its Corporate Actions to the NSE that Qualification Date is May 31 2013 and closure of Register of Shareholders to benefit from the N2.50 Kobo dividend for year 2012 end is June 03-05 2013.

While, payment date has been scheduled for June 21 2013 after its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for June 20 2013.
