Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Japaul Oil & Maritime Services Plc has announaced the resignation of Dotun Oluwole as its Executive Director (ED) Finance and Administration.
The Comnpany in a notice to the Nigerian Stock exchange (NSE) in Lagos Nigeria said the resignation took effect from June 28 2013.
The company said it will notify the NSE as soon as a new ED is appointed. ” Japaul Oil & Maritime Services Plc will notfiy the Exchange as soon as a new Executive Director is appointed,” the company said
