Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Guinea Insurance Plc Wednesday announced the resignation of Soji Emiola, its managing director/chief executive officer (MD/CEO)and Emeka Onuselogu, deputy managing director (DMD) with effect from Monday August 26 2013 and September 01 2013 respectively.

The company in a notice to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) said it has appointed of Polycap Osee Didam as Executive Director (Operations).

The Exchange is awaiting information from the company with regard to the replacement of the resigned officers.
