Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Food & Beverage giants, Cadbury Nigeria Plc Monday annonunced the appointment of First Registrars Limited as registrars to the company.

This is coming on the heels of a notifice to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) that it has changed its corporate registrars from Union Registrars Nigeria limited to First Registrars Nigeria Limited.

According to Cadbury, the change of the corporate registrars is effective 12th August 2013.
