Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Two (2) director, Rasheed A. Gbadamosi and Henry Semenitari have resigned from the Board of AIICO Insurance Plc.

The insurance giants in a notice to the Nigerian stock Exchange (NSE) and made available to InvestAdvocate said the resignation of Semenitari was as a result of his appointment as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO) of Unity Bank Plc.

 The resignations took effect from February 10, 2014.
