Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-The board of directors of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc will on Thursday July 24, 2014 meet to declare interim dividend, the lender said in a notice to the Nigerian stock exchange (NSE).

The bank directors will also consider the Audited Financial Statements for the half-year ended June 30, 2014.

GTBank further affirmed that its audited accounts will be forwarded to the central bank of Nigeria (CBN) for approval prior to the release of the results on the floor of Nigerian bourse.
