The company said this in an e-mailed flyer ‘live help online’ sent to InvestAdvocate. ‘’We are a step closer to you,’’ the company said.

‘’ You can now reach our customer service team via our new online chat platform.

Simply log onto www.investment-one.com and you would find the chat window at the bottom of each page as you navigate our website,’’ the flyer read.

According to the financial services firm, the service is available between the hours 8am and 6pm daily (Monday-Friday).

INVESTMENT ONE said customers can now leave their comments for queries after these hours and they will be attended to.
