Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Airline Services & Logistics Plc (AIRSERVICES) on Tuesday announced the appointments of Matthieu Jeandel and Olivier Suarez as new non-executive directors (EDs) of the company.

On the contrary, the company announced the retirement of Patrick Dele Cole and Solomon Onafowokan as non-EDs

AIRSERVICES says this is coming on the heels of the board meeting of the company held on July 2, 2015, it said in an issuer’s announcement with the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
