Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Hallmark Insurance Plc said Friday it has declared an interim dividend of 2 kobo per share to its shareholders in its first-half (H1) 2015 period ended June 30.

The insurer says closure date is 10-14 August, 2015; while payment date has been scheduled for August 27, 2015, according to Hallmark Insurance in its corporate action with the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
