Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Drug firm, Afrik Pharmaceuticals Plc is seeking to raise N300 million via a special placing of 600 million ordinary shares of 50 kobo each at 50 kobo per share, the company said in a filing through its brokers to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).

”Resort Securities & Trust Limited has filed an application on behalf of Afrik Pharmaceuticals Plc for a Special Placing of 600,000,000 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each at 50 kobo per share,” the statement said.
