Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Global lender, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) said on Tuesday it will hold an online question and answer session with Christine Lagarde, the managing director of the Fund.
“In the context of her speech on emerging market economies at the University of Maryland on February 4, IMF Managing Director Christine Lagarde will hold an online question and answer session on the outlook and challenges facing systemic emerging market countries on the IMF Press Center.” the IMF said.
According to the world lender, the live session, which will be broadcast live [in English and Spanish] on the IMF Press Center, will provide a forum for registered journalists to exchange directly with the managing director.
The IMF says Lagarde will deliver opening remarks and take questions on the aforementioned topic.
“Questions can be submitted live via the Press Center, but are encouraged to send questions in advance by email to media@imf.org starting Wednesday February 3, 2016,” the IMF added.
