The secretaries to Air Liquide Nigeria Plc, Marina Nominees Limited located at 233 Ikorodu Road, Ilupeju Lagos have been authorised by the company to dematerialise all shares of its shareholders in usual collaboration with the central market registrar –Central Securities and Clearing System Plc.

We hereby enjoin all Participating Institutions who have shareholders of Air Liquide Plc as clients to visit the secretaries for the dematerialisation.
