The Unified Nigerian Youth Forum (UNYF) on March 15, 2018, named Proshare Nigeria Limited the “Most Outstanding Financial Hub of the Year 2017” while honouring Mr. Olufemi Awoyemi, MD/CEO, Proshare with the “Achiever Per Excellence” Award.
In his opening speech, Comrade Abdullsalam Mohammed Kazeem, The President, Unified Nigerian Youth Forum, said that the reputable award was presented to Mr. Olufemi Awoyemi for his exceptional leadership with a strong moral compass, character, vision, integrity, courage, charisma, humility, prudence and competence while creating job opportunities in the society.
He noted that Mr. Olufemi Awoyemi, “is a leader with pool of milk of human kindness who loves to touch lives with uncommon passion. He is affable, transparent, hardworking, focused, God fearing and ever warm. His positive attributes are countless and often rises in great waves to overcome his shortcomings. The Unified Nigerian Youth Forum see you as a bundle of humility, great vision and have accepted you as a phenomenon, colossus and a gift of the century; a very rare breed of sort who walks the same path as Steve Jobs, Bill Clinton, Abraham Lincoln, Nelson Mandela, Sir Ahmadu Bello, Sardauna of Sokoto [Gamjikwarai], Zik of Africa and Obafemi Awolowo whose unquenchable thirst for freedom liberated a whole nation. As youths we are seeing you as a pure genius, someone who was born to do exactly what he is doing to humanity.”
Abdullsalam further acknowledge that Proshare being Nigeria’s foremost financial information platform has made information readily available to all which is remarkable and worthy of recognition as the Most Outstanding Financial Hub.
Mrs. Grace Adejare-Ajuwon, Head, Business & Market, Proshare Nigeria Limited, receiving the award on behalf of the Managing Director, thanked the Unified Nigerian Youth Forum for their generosity and strongly reiterated the commitment of the organization to continue to remain the number one financial hub in Nigeria. As a sign of appreciation, she offered the members five free subscription packages on the highly revered Analyst platform and encouraged the youths to keep up the good work and remain resilient.
The Unified Nigerian Youth Forum is in brief, a patriotic movement. A practical manifestation by Nigerians to create an “integrated entity” out of a heterogeneous state that was the civil war of 1967. It is out of this practical realization that the Unified Nigerian Youth Forum (UNYF) decided to hit the ground running by propagating the message of national consciousness and patriotism among Nigerian youths.
