Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Agriculture / Argo-Allied firm, Okomu Oil Company Plcon Thursday proposed a dividend of N3.00 per share to investors of the company for full year 2017.

Okomu in its corporate action to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) said qualification date is May 15, 2018; while closure of register is between May 15 to May 18, 2018.

The company has scheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and payment date for June 13 and June 25, 2018 respectively.
