Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Skye Shelter Fund, a real estate investment trust listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange said on Monday its total income for the for the year ended December 31, 2017 climbed up 38.4 percent to N123.7 million from N89.4 million posted a year ago.

Net income also increased 12.7 percent to N167.7 million in 2017 end from N148.8 million declared the same period of 2016.

Skye Shelter declared a proposed final distribution of N8 per unit for the year ended December 31, 2017 compared to N7.00 per unit paid in 2016 end.

The N8.00 per unit represented a 14.3 percent increase compared to the N7.00 per unit paid in 2016.
