ECONOMY: Nigeria’s Crude Oil Grades Included in ICE’s “WAF Index”, MPC to Hold Policy Rates

In the just concluded week, the InterContinental Exchange (ICE), on Monday September 17, 2018, launched its first set of derivatives linked to the West African crude oil market. Following the launch, traders are now able to use the ICE platform to trade derivatives linked to Nigeria’s four largest crude oil grades being Bonny Light, Forcados, Qua Iboe and Bonga.
