Naira Depreciates Against Dollar Third Straight Day at Black Market

Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-TheNigerian naira on Thursday depreciated against the United States dollar for third consecutive day in the parallel market, declining by 1.08 percent to N370.

Cordros update says that the move was the biggest since declining 1.09 percent on August 10, 2017.

Conversely, the greenback appreciated by a marginal 0.02 percent to N364.08 in the Investors’ and Exporters’ FX Window

The report says total turnover in the IEW surged 189.2 percent to $390.15 million, with trades consummated within the N358.00-365.60/USD band.
