The Board of Directors of Afromedia Plc met on 28 November 2018 and is pleased to advise the Nigerian Stock Exchange and the investing public of the following changes to the Board and the company.
- Otunba Akinola Irewunmi Olopade, the current Group Chief Executive Officer has retired from the Company with effect from 29 November 2018 in line with company policy;
- Mr Olufemi Olaiya was elevated to the position of Managing Director effective from 29 November 2018;
- Otunba Akinola Irewunmi Olopade will remain on the board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 30 November 2018.
