C & I Leasing Plc has through its Stockbroker; Cordros Capital Limited, notified The Nigerian Stock Exchange of the share capital reconstruction of the Company as shown below : 

Basis: four (4) Ordinary shares will be consolidated into one (1) new ordinary share. 

The qualification date for the share reconstruction shall be Wednesday, 12 December 2018. Please note that according to the Company, all existing C & I Leasing shares certificates will become null and void on the qualification date and new share certificates in C & I Leasing will be issued to those shareholders whose names appear on the Company’s Register of members as at the close of business on the qualification date as approved by the Court in the ratio of 1 ordinary share for every 4 ordinary shares previously held. 

The shares of C & I Leasing was suspended from trading on The Floor of The Exchange effective, Thursday, 13 December 2018. This is to enable the Company’s Registrars update the register of shareholders for the planned share consolidation.
