The Annual Review 2019 describes the impact of the EBRD’s investments, projects and policy work during the year, and outlines our innovation in key sectors and initiatives.

We invested €10.1 billion through 452 projects in 2019. Of that financing, an unprecedented 46 per cent, or €4.6 billion, was invested in the green economy. The Annual Review shows how we continue to make economies more competitive, well governed, green, inclusive, resilient and integrated.

The Financial Report 2019 demonstrates why the EBRD continues to be rated AAA or equivalent, with a stable outlook, by all three major rating agencies. The Bank maintains a robust capital position, high levels of liquidity and enjoys the strong support of its members.

The Financial Report includes the approved and audited financial statements (required to be submitted under Article 27 of the Agreement Establishing the Bank and Section 13 of its By-Laws), as well as additional reporting and disclosures on the EBRD’s risk management, corporate governance and structure.
