The investing public are hereby notified that the change of name of BOC Gases Nigeria Plc (the Company) to Industrial & Medical Gases Nigeria Plc has been implemented by Nigerian Exchange Limited.

This is in line with the approval obtained from the Company’s shareholders at its Annual General Meeting held on 24 June 2021 and the Company’s receipt of a new certificate of incorporation from the Corporate Affairs Commission.

Please note that the Company’s trading symbol has also changed from BOCGAS to IMG.
