McNichols Consolidated Plc (McNichols or the Company) has through its Stockbrokers, Future view Securities Limited, submitted an application to Nigerian Exchange Limited for the approval and listing of a Rights Issue of Five Hundred and Thirty-One Million, Two Hundred and Forty-Two Thousand, Six Hundred and Nine (531,242,609) ordinary shares of 50 kobo each at 50 kobo per share, on the basis of seventeen (17) new ordinary shares for every twenty-three (23) ordinary shares held as at the close of business on 16 September 2022. 

The Qualification Date for the Rights Issue was Friday, 16 September 2022.
