Market activity: In today’s trade, total volume and value decreased by 77% and 29% respectively, compared to this time yesterday, as investors have traded about 102 million units of shares worth N762 million. 

TRANSCORP (+9.85%) is the most traded stock by volume with about 45 million units of shares accounting for 44% of the total volume. 

GTCO (+0.40%) is the most traded stock by value with about N155 worth of shares accounting for 20% of the total value.

Likely close: Barring any significant decrease in the prices of AIRTELAFRI, DANGCEM and MTNN, the market should close in the green.
