Sector Performances: Consumer Goods (+0.12%), Banking (+0.10%), Industrial and Oil & Gas.

Market activity: In today’s trade, total volume and value advanced by 40% and 13% respectively when compared to this time last trading day, as investors have traded about 368 million units of shares worth N3.68 billion.

JAPAULGOLD (+9.80%) is the most traded stock by volume with about 29 million units of shares accounting for 8% of the total volume.

UBA (+0.32%) is the most traded stock by value worth about N562 million worth of shares accounting for 15% of the total value.

Likely close: In the absence of any significant depreciation in the share prices of AIRTELAFRI, DANGCEM and MTNN, the market should close green.
