Market activity: In today’s trade, total volume increased by 69% while total value decreased by 72%, when compared to this time yesterday, as investors have traded about 418 million units of shares worth NGN3.78 billion. 

CHAMPION (+1.27%) is the most traded stock by volume and value with about 300 million units of shares worth about NGN1.20 billion accounting for 73% and 32% of the total volume and value. 

Likely close: Barring any significant decrease in the share prices of AIRTELAFRI, DANGCEM and MTNN, the market should close positive.
