Sector Performances: Banking (+1.60%), Industrial (+0.14%), Consumer Goods (-0.32%) and Oil & Gas (-0.16%).

Market activity: In today’s trade, total volume increased by 28% while total value declined by 36%, when compared to this time yesterday, as investors have traded about 252 million units of shares worth NGN7.21 billion. 

FBNH (+6.66%) is the most traded stock by volume and value with about 84 million units of shares worth about NGN2.52 billion accounting for 33% of the total volume 35% of the total value. 

Likely close: In the absence of any major decline in the share prices of AIRTELAFRI, DANGCEM and MTNN, the market should close green.
