  • Today, the Nigerian Exchange Market closed on a slightly negative note largely due to share price depreciation in FIRSTHOLDCO (-5.49%) and NB (-1.30%)
  • As a result, the benchmark Nigerian Exchange All-Share Index (NGX-ASI) fell by 0.01% to settle at 252,113.41 points
  • Year to date returns fell to settle at 62.01%
  • Market capitalisation also declined by 0.01% to close at N163.66tn ($123.09bn)
  • Activity level in the market was mixed with the total value of stocks traded rising by 16.31% to settle at N58.35bn. Meanwhile, the total volume of stocks traded fell by 27.54% to settle at 708.85mn units
