Pathway Advisors Announces Oversubscribed ₦10 Billion Commercial Paper for MKH Properties as Investors Commit ₦11.07 Billion

Pathway Advisors Limited is delighted to announce the successful arrangement and completion of the ₦10 billion Series 1 Commercial Paper (CP) Issuance by MKH Properties Limited (“MKH Properties” or “the Company”), under the Company’s newly registered ₦30 billion Commercial Paper Programme.

The ₦10 billion Offer attracted subscriptions of ₦11.07 billion, representing 110.7% subscription, underscoring institutional investors’ strong confidence in MKH Properties’ business, growth prospects, and strategic direction. The Company will deploy the net proceeds toward working capital requirements and completing ongoing projects, supporting continued expansion and project execution.

The strong response demonstrates investor confidence in MKH Properties Limited, its business fundamentals, growth prospects, and strategic direction, as well as the attractiveness of the structured funding opportunity presented to the market.
