Omatek Computer Manufacturing Company has been appointed as the official Information and Communications Technology Company for the 2010 edition of the Lagos International Trade Fair by the Trade Promotion Board of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

According to a statement by the Head of Marketing, Omatek, Mr. Kayode Yeku, the partnership stemmed from the need for value-added, cutting-edge features that would provide visitors/participants the expanded access to ICT.

Apart from equipping the Trade Fair Media Centre with state-of-the-art computers, all accredited journalists, he added, would have the opportunity to file their reports instantly from the centre, as all the systems would be linked to mobile Broadband Internet provided by Multilinks throughout the trade fair period.

The free Internet browsing, he noted, would also be available at the Omatek/Multilinks stand, located at Hall 1, Electronic Pavillion.
