First Bank of Nigeria Microfinance Bank is set to expand operations outside Lagos state.
The bank’s Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Mrs. Pauline Nsa, who made this known during the bank’s customers’ forum and prize presentation in Lagos on Saturday, noted that the bank would also expand operations in Lagos alongside the new states earmarked.
According to her, the expansion is targeted at potential customers at the micro-level in Nigeria, and will help to address their business concerns, especially in terms of financing and advisory services.
The bank, which was incorporated in January, 2008, she added, underscored First Bank’s commitment to mainstreaming the large pool of the under-banked in the domestic economy.
Poised to be Nigeria’s microfinance services provider of first choice and to consistently develop a new generation of micro-entrepreneurs by providing market-driven products/services in a profitable and suitable manner, FBN Microfinance Bank offers a suite of microfinance services.
