Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Okomu Oil Company Plc and Paints & Coatings Manufacturers Nigeria Plc are set to declare dividends to its shareholders
This was contained in a notice to Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) Wednesday March 09 2011 and made available to investadvocate in Lagos Nigeria.
Okomu Oil notified the Exchange that its Board is scheduled to meet on Tuesday, March 29, 2011 to approve its 2010 Audited Accounts.
“Dividend payment might also be recommended by the Board†the notice said.
In the same vein, Paints & Coatings Manufacturers Nigeria Plc has notified the Nigeria’s Exchange that the profit and dividend forecast for the year ended December 31, 2010 were achieved and consequently approved at the meeting held on Thursday March 03, 2011.
