Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)- Integrated energy company, Eterna Plc on Monday said its 2014 half-year pretax profit climbed 47.9 percent to N974.366 million from N658.941 million according to a filing from the company to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).

Similarly, post tax profit also grew the same margin 47.9 percent to N974.366 million in the review period of 2014 from N658.941 million in the previous quarter of 2013.

However, revenue declined 70.8 percent from N47.856 billion in half-year 2013 to N13.979 billion in the review period of 2014.

As at the time of filing in this report, share price of the company opened trading at N3.72 on the Nigerian bourse on Monday.
