Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Daar Communications Plc on Wednesday announced a bonus dividend of 1 for 2 for investors of the company for the period ended December 31, 2012.

In a corporate filing to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) the broadcasting company said closure date for the 1 for 2 bonus offer is November 07, 2014, while Annual General Meeting (AGM) date has been scheduled for November 30, 2014.

Daarcomms say venue for the AGM will be advised later and payment date is yet to be scheduled.
