Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Soft drink makers, SevenUp Bottling Company Plc said on Wednesday its profit before tax for its half-year period ended September 30, 2014 rose 16 percent to N3.230 billion from N2.784 billion reported in the same period of 2013, the soft drink producers said in a filing with the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

Similarly, profit after tax also grew 15.1 percent to N2.480 billion in the second quarter (Q2) of 2014 from N2.155 billion posted in the corresponding period of 2013.

Revenue climbed up from N33.8 billion in the Q2 of 2013 to N38.1 billion in the review period of 2014; indicating a growth of 12.8 percent.
