Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc said on Monday its profit after tax for the period ended September 30, 2014 dropped 25.1 percent to N4.368 billion from N5831 billion recorded in the same period of 2013.
Profit before tax (PBT) also declined 21.3 percent to N5.773 billion from N7.332 billion reported in the Q3 of 2013.
However, revenue of the flour miller decreased marginally from N165.540 billion posted in 2014 Q3 to N167.983 billion declared in the corresponding period of 2013, the company said in a filing with the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
