Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Tyre makers, DN Tyre & Rubber Plc said on Thursday it has appointed Fidelis Godpower Obi a director of the company, according to an issuer’s announcement to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).

According to the company, Obi is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from the University of Calabar. He joined the Company in 1991 as Manager, Systems and Audit and rose through the ranks to become the Company’s Group Financial Controller in 2008.

“By virtue of his appointment he is now the Group Finance Director of the Company,” DN Tyre added.
