Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Gas company, BOC Gases Nigeria Plc said on Wednesday D.A Akintola will exit the company with effect from June 11, 2015, BOC Gases said in an issuer’s announcement with the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).

According to the company, at the meeting of its board of directors held on Tuesday, April, 2015, Akintola submitted his letter of retirement from the board with effect from June 11, 2015.

Similarly, the gas services firm also received and confirmed the resignation Jonathan Narayadoo with effect from April 30, 2015.
