Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Ilesa Osun State based brewer, International Breweries Plc said on Friday it has listed a total of 31,722,850 ordinary shares on the Daily Official List (DOL) of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).

“This arose from declaration of 1 for 85 bonus of 25 kobo dividend declared by the company in 2013. By this action, the total outstanding shares of the company now stood at 3,294,249,280 units,” the brewer said in an issuer’s announcement with the NSE.

However, share price of the beer maker at the close of business on Friday on the Nigerian equities market dipped  3.79 percent to N18.52 from N19.25 traded on Thursday; losing 0.73 kobo per share.
