Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)- Chellaram Plc said on Tuesday it has declared no dividend to investors of the company, the firm said in an issuer’s announcement with the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).

“As a result of the loss recorded during the 2014/2015 financial year, the board of directors was unable to recommend the payment of dividend,” the company said.
