Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Insurer, Mansard Insurance Plc said on Wednesday it has pffocially changed its name to AXA Mansard Insurance Plc, the company said in an issurer’s announcement to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).

The insurer sais this  is sequel to the resolution passed by the company’s shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on April 28, 2015.

“The Company has obtained a new Certificate of Incorporation from the Corporate Affairs Commission bearing the new name,” the notice added.

The new name was implemented by both the NSE and the Central Securities Clearing System CSCS on 7 July 2015.
