Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Primary mortgage institution (PMI) listed on the Nigerian bourse, Resort Savings & Loans Plc on Friday announced the resignation of Nosike Agokei as a non-executive director of the company.

“The notice of his resignation was presented to the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on Friday, 26 June 2015,” the PMI said in an issuer’s filing with the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
