Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday fired Air Chief Marshal Alex Sabundu Badeh, chief of Defence Staff (CDS) and other service chiefs; which includes Lt. General Kenneth Tobiah Minimah, chief of Army Staff (COAS), Admiral Usman Jibrin, Chief of Naval Staff (CNS) and Air Vice Marshal Adesola  Nunayon Amosu, Chief of Air Staff (CAS), according to a Bloomberg Report.

The report quoted Garba Shehu, Seniour Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to the President as saying replacements have been chosen and an announcement will be made soon.

This is coming on the heels of renewed incessant attacks by the Islamic terrorist group Boko Haram, especially in the North Eastern part of Nigeria.
