Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)- President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed new service chiefs, according to The Will report.

This is coming on the heels of the sacking of Air Chief Marshal Alex Sabundu Badeh, former chief of Defence Staff (CDS), Lt. General Kenneth Tobiah Minimah, former chief of Army Staff (COAS), Admiral Usman Jibrin, former chief of Naval Staff (CNS) and Air Vice Marshal Adesola Nunayon Amosu, former chief of Air Staff (CAS).

The new appointees are Major-General Abayomi Gabriel Olonishakin – Chief of Defence Staff; Major-General T.Y. Buratai – Chief of Army Staff,  Rear Admiral Ibok-Ete Ekwe Ibas – Chief of Naval Staff, Air Vice Marshal Sadique Abubakar – Chief of Air Staff and Air Vice Marshal Monday Riku Morgan – Chief of Defence Intelligence
