Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Food and beverage maker, Nestle Nigeria Plc said on Thursday its first half (H1) 2015 pretax profit for the period ended June 30, declined 23.8 percent to N10.60 billion from N13.93 billion recorded a year earlier.

Similarly, post-tax profit dipped 24.9 percent to N8.88 billion from N11.83 billion reported the same period of 2014.

Revenue dropped to N65.92 billion from N67.20 billion posted in the HI period of 2014; indicating a drop of 1.90 percent, Nestle said in a filing to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
