Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Laboratory Services Company, Union Diagnostic & Clinical Services Plc said it has withdrawn its interim dividend declaration earlier, the company said in an issuer’s announcement to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) dated August 13, 2015.

“Dealing Members are hereby notified that the Executive Management of Union Diagnostic & Clinical Services Plc will address Stockbrokers on the floor of The Nigerian Stock Exchange today, 13 August 2015 to discuss the withdrawal of the declaration of an interim dividend earlier announced by the company,” the notice said.

The company had given investors between August 17 and 21, 2015, for closure of its register as it proposed dividend payouts of 2.5 kobo per share scheduled for October 2, 2015.
