Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE) –Leasing firm, C & I Leasing Plc has appointed Cordros Capital Ltd (Cordros) as their liaison stockbrokers in respect to their proposed corporate restructuring, the company said in an issuer’s announcement with the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).

It is intended that the restructuring be carried out through a Scheme of Merger (or External Restructuring) pursuant to Part XII of the Investments and Securities Act, 2007 and Part 13 (Rule 440-444) of the Securities & Exchange Commission Rules and Regulations, 2013.

According to the leasing company, the transaction will not involve, in any form, the alteration of the share capital of C&I Leasing Plc and as such this notification is for the records of The Nigerian Stock Exchange.
