Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)- Specialist  in sales, leasing and maintenance of large power generating sets, John Holt Plc said last week it has lost a director of the company Dennis Onyemaechi Odife which occurred on Saturday October 3, 2015.

The company affirmed that Odife has been on its board since November 1996. “Consequent upon the demise of  Odife, the present composition of the board of the company has changed,” John Holt said in a an issuer’s announcement with the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).

The new restructured board include C.I. Ezeh as chairman, David Parmley, executive deputy chairman, Christopher Ezeh  as operations director.

 Others are Paul Newns and Raymond Obieri, as non-executive directors respectively and Sheriff Yussuf  as independent director.
