Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Airline Services & Logistics Plc on Monday said it has changed its name to Newrest ASL Plc, according to a notice it sent to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).

The company said its board at a meeting held on November 19, 2015 agreed to recommend to its shareholder for approval the following amendments to the Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company.

“That following the change of the name of the Company, all references in the Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company to Airline Services   Logistics Plc should be changed to Newrest ASL Plc,” the company affirmed.

Newrest ASL also appointed Labi Ogunbiyi independent director following the same board meeting held November 19, 2015.
