Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-The securities of Nigeria Mortgage Refinance Company Plc (NMRC) shares will now trade on the NASD OTC, according to a statement on NASD official website.

“1.76 billion shares of NMRC will trade under the Symbol code SDNMRCPLC and have been entered to the board at the last documented price of N4:00 per share which was the last issue price for the shares,’ it affirmed.

According to the statement NMRC was introduced to the NASD OTC market by Cordros Capital Limited on November 27, 2015. “This brings the total number of admitted securities on the platform to 24,” NASD added.

It further affirmed that NMRC’s financial statements of 2014 indicate that the company made a total income of N732.92 million while Profit after Tax (PAT) stood at N160.15 million. “Investors interested in trading this security are advised to contact any of our registered Participating Institutions,” NASD said.
