The company said this is coming on the heels of the directive by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on divestment of Bank’s subsidiaries and its compliance.

Information contained on the official website of Sterling Registrars says the company was incorporated on April 4, 1994 as a private Limited Company and registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to render Register admission services in all facets to corporate organisations alike.
